Contact me by email at ros@roscanoglass within 14 days of your goods being delivered, stating your order number and reason for return.
Pack your Product(s) securely in their original packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition. I recommend using a registered delivery service and please keep your proof of postage. I cannot accept responsibility for products lost or damaged by a third party.
Items custom-made to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.
All my products are well packaged and ready for transportation, so you can be sure of their safety.
All packing materials are recycled from local businesses, please find a way to recycle them again.
I offer the following domestic services within the UK:
- Royal Mail 24 & 48 Tracked
- I offer free delivery within the KY10 area.
- International Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 'International Tracked and Signed' and take 3-5 working days for most of Europe.
- If you are outside Europe or you require expedited delivery please get in touch and I will provide you with a quote.
- Tracking numbers are provided with all deliveries upon shipment.
