Contact me by email at ros@roscanoglass within 14 days of your goods being delivered, stating your order number and reason for return.
Pack your Product(s) securely in their original packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition. I recommend using a registered delivery service and please keep your proof of postage. I cannot accept responsibility for products lost or damaged by a third party.
Items custom-made to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.
