To say that the weather in the East Neuk is 'changeable' would be an understatement. You can experience sunshine and lashing rain at the same time. The light shifts constantly as clouds scud across the sky. I wanted to capture this sense of drama and unpredictability, so I used an array of streaky and textured glass to portray the refracted rays and sudden cloudbursts.
